These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ggaming ("ggaming," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ggaming.club and any associated mobile or web applications.

Use of ggaming's platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You may only register and maintain an account if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Age: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. ggaming strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Individuals under 21 years old are prohibited from registering, accessing, or using any ggaming service.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Geographic Restrictions: You are accessing ggaming from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by law. ggaming is designed for and targeted at Filipino players. Access from jurisdictions where online gaming is illegal is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You are registering a single account in your own name and for your sole personal use. Multiple accounts per individual are prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily by yourself or by ggaming.

To access ggaming's gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a single account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update this information as required.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggaming account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ggaming recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account settings.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify ggaming's customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. ggaming will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where reasonable security measures were available to the account holder.
• One Account Per Person: Each natural person may hold only one registered ggaming account. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any related balances.
• Account Verification: ggaming reserves the right to suspend or restrict account functionality pending completion of identity verification. Documents submitted for verification are processed in accordance with ggaming's Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on ggaming are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ggaming currently supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ggaming does not accept third-party deposits — funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods or promotional offers.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of account verification. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during ggaming's support hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Winnings derived from bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. ggaming reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding certain threshold amounts.
• Transaction Limits: ggaming may apply minimum and maximum transaction limits. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Anti-Money Laundering: ggaming is committed to complying with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law. Funds deposited to ggaming must originate from legitimate sources.

ggaming offers various bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards to registered players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered ggaming players who meet the stated qualification criteria for each promotion.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• ggaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
• One promotion per player, per household, per IP address applies unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts constitutes a violation of these Terms.
• ggaming's VIP loyalty program is governed by separate VIP Terms which form part of these Terms by reference and are available on request.

All games offered on ggaming are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All electronic casino games on ggaming utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. ggaming does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Live Casino: ggaming's live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All dealing and game outcomes in live casino games are subject to real-time camera feeds and cannot be altered by ggaming after a round has commenced.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — whether caused by ggaming's systems, the player's device, or internet connectivity — ggaming will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. However, ggaming cannot be held liable for losses attributable to third-party technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, ggaming's records shall be conclusive. Players may submit a formal dispute via customer support within 30 days of the disputed event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ggaming and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ggaming platform;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in casino, sports betting, or any other ggaming product;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical glitches in ggaming's platform;
• Money laundering or using the ggaming platform to facilitate illegal financial activity;
• Accessing ggaming's platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• Allowing or facilitating access to your ggaming account by a person under 21 years of age;
• Reverse engineering, copying, or distributing any ggaming software, content, or intellectual property.

ggaming reserves the right to permanently close any account found engaging in prohibited conduct, void all associated bets and winnings, and retain any deposited funds as liquidated damages where permitted by law.

ggaming is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and supporting Filipino players who may be experiencing difficulties. ggaming strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction at all times. Players are encouraged to use ggaming's built-in responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session-end notifications;
• Reality check pop-ups with net win/loss position;
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days);
• Self-exclusion (temporary or permanent) — effective immediately upon activation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ggaming's platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of ggaming's intellectual property without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the ggaming platform.

ggaming's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ggaming account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggaming makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

ggaming collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which complies with the requirements of Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using the ggaming platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ggaming will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

ggaming reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ggaming will provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the ggaming platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of these Terms.

Your continued use of the ggaming platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using ggaming's services and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Prior to initiating formal legal proceedings, ggaming and the player agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation. Players must submit a formal written complaint to ggaming's customer support team and allow a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days for ggaming to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.
